His deep industry expertise, combined with a strong governance and leadership background, enables him to provide valuable insights and independent counsel to organizations navigating complex business landscapes
As CEO, Managing Director, and part owner of Ark Capital, Peri oversees business strategy, regulatory compliance, and high-performing team leadership. Before Ark Capital, Peri held senior leadership roles at Frasers Property Australia, Macquarie Bank Limited, and Coles Myer Limited, where he led large-scale investment and development initiatives.
Peri is highly active in the industry, holding multiple board positions, one of which is a Non-Executive Director role with The Living Future Institute of Australia. Peri’s expertise in executive leadership, governance, and investment strategy makes him a highly valued board member, contributing to the growth and success of organizations seeking exceptional leadership talent.

Alan is a highly respected leader with over 35 years of experience in the design, construction, and project management industries. He has a proven track record of providing independent, strategic counsel to organizations navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Known for his ability to foster collaboration, align diverse teams, and drive high-performance cultures, Alan helps businesses achieve superior outcomes through strategic leadership and governance.
As the Co-founder of Newbridge, Alan has played a pivotal role in delivering independent project management and advisory services across multiple sectors. Before this, he was a Group Board Member and Managing Director of Donald Cant Watts Corke Project Management and held senior leadership positions with Leighton Contractors and Lendlease across the Asia-Pacific region and the United Kingdom.
Alan brings deep market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and a commitment to excellence in governance, risk management, and strategic decision-making. As a valued member of the Property Placements Team, he provides independent oversight, guidance, and insight to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term success.
